Jarrod was incredibly helpful and provided wonderful guidance through every part of my journey, from deciding on which bank to finance with, helpful tips on how to make a competitive offer, and was only a phone call away during the contract signing and settlement process. It took me 9 months from pre-approval to purchasing a property and Jarrod kept in frequent contact during that time to ensure I was getting closer to finding a property and that I wasn't getting too disheartened.
