I shop here mostly for the fresh organic produce.
I’m so impressed firstly, with the very high quality of produce.
Secondly, the fabulous friendly and fun vibe in the shop. When I go there I ALWAYS get acknowledged in a genuinely friendly way.
Awesome range of products in general from skincare to pantry staples.
Thank you for providing this local community with such an amazing shop!

Best Chai Latte I ever had! Brewed with real spicemix so don't expect it to be a fast delivery...and the food choices so yummy and healthy! Only thing to improve in my view is another outside table please.

Normally, I don’t leave reviews.
But today, I just have to…
We walked in to order lunch and coffee, I stood longer than 10mins just waiting to have eye contact from ANYONE 🙄 that never happened. No one acknowledged my presence at all. There were 3-4 girls at the front counter all chatting animatedly among themselves about personal stuff - that’s fine when customers aren’t waiting for service.
It was lovely to see the friendly interaction of them - happy staff.

Not one said hello or offered service to me.
I noticed many others get served before me, but still I waited… confused as to why I was being ignored. Finally I had to ask about service - embarrassing 😳
These are the reasons for my low star rating.

The food, when it finally came was very delicious as was the coffee.
I will think long and hard before I go back, because of the poor treatment I got today.
The food would be the only reason I would return- maybe stick with take away if I do.

Seriously delicious food choices and thick smoothies with real wholefood ingredients. Big portion sizes and great service. Someone mentioned this place to us in Brisbane so we stopped by on our way to Noosa! Well worth the detour, love love this place. We picked up some really good gluten free, vegan products for our trip too. A rare find these days.

Really high quality produce, and also stock some health food that are hard to find. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, I'd definitely recommend a visit! (The coffee and food is also fantastic!)

Amazingly good smooth coffee, fabulous smoothies and a choice of food with lots of gluten free and vegan options. On top of all that, Kat and Josh and the team have built up a tremendous community around the Real Grocer and the team are all so lovely that we look forward to seeing them every day.

I love this place. They have great coffee.
When I moved here I was so grateful to find these guys. Such a great range of organic. I do about 70% of my shopping here.
But the best thing is the staff and the atmosphere. It's always a happy part of my day to be there.
