I have waited 2 hours on hold for a emergency voucher for groceries and I'm at a hotel due to having a baby 7 weeks prem and salvos gave me a voucher but I can't collect it untill Monday because collection for cards stop at 12 now I was at salvos well before 12 and when I finally had someone answer the phone they organised the voucher and I cannot collect untill Monday and I get paid Tuesdays so that is not fair need way more time for people to be able to collect the cards and answer calls faster that was ridiculous 2 hours on hold can't even. Get the voucher 😡😤

Not always as helpful as they use to be mainly due to funding and change in legislation out of their control. Great Friday morning breakfast for those in need though service can at times be disrespectful.

It's 2023, and even having a newborn baby and needing urgent help, they say, sorry you've had help in January 2023, you have to wait 12 months until you can be helped again? OK 0 starts
