Their website does little to protect buyers from the actions of suspect agents.
Finding the reviews especially negative reviews plays huge part these days when people must pay so much for a home.
If an agent has reviews, be they positive or negative buyers should be able just to click on the reviews under the agent name or business so they can see how the agents operated with their sellers and buyers. Especially the negative reviews because this can affect the outcome of sales.
I put it to you that this website like The Office Of Fair Trading is protecting shonky Real Estate Agents from being exposed from the lack of protection for buyers in Queensland.
Buyers and sellers without searching through each individual listing should be able to immediately click on all reviews positive and especially negative reviews to gain some sense of security when dealing with these agents.
Currently your review listing system is still not working.
It looks like you're removed past negative reviews.
Review providers can't access their reviews in your software after logging in.
The reviews serve no purpose if you can't directly click on them and find them immediately.
To me this seems like a protection scam to benefit suspect real estate agents. It may not be the case but as a retired investigator it clearly doesn't show your website as being honest and upfront for people to access vital review information.
All listings that show "reviews" under an agent name and or company should clearly be clickable and direct you to the positive and negative reviews. (I've also built and use many websites and placing a link from clicking on them is an easy task for website operators. You just have to assign the Urls to the word reviews - positive reviews and negative reviews both with their own separate Urls.).
And that should be done throughout your website.
It's also clear the backend of your website is not operating and it has several issues. The links don't take you to where they are supposed too. Past reviews don't show up. And many other links also aren't working. It's so hard to access agent reviews this website serves little purpose at present.
I had to email my negative review directly to them again because it was removed the first time. The login software on their site doesn't work properly. Most the links are not functioning. I also tried a different browser, and it was the same. I tried it again after that and the login software after you login still doesn't work.
I reviewed this site again and still nothing has changed and they are protecting some agents from having their negative reviews easily read. You have to wade through all their listings to find the negative reviews. Those that post their reviews still can't access what they posted after logging in. Be careful as this site does not offer you protection against some agents. You should be able to click directly on their negative reviews without having to search for them.
