Reception staff are fine, but the lawyers don't seem to want your business. They just don't respond, and when you chase it up, they think you're rude and ask for an apology for doing so. No time for those games. Don't go with these guys, plenty of more compassionate people out there.

These guys are sharks, before you even get a consultation they’ll ask for $5,000 up front and you have to sign agreeing to their fees. Before you’ve even gotten a consultation!!
