The service we received was professional, informative and stress free.
We wanted to send quite an expensive piece of art to an auction house in Melbourne and l knew straight away that it would be in safe hands.
Our item was hand delivered direct to the recipient the very next day and we received a confirmation ph call from the delivery driver to let us know it had been delivered safely.
We also were sent an Email as well letting us know the time the item was delivered.
I highly recommend this service and will definitely be using them many more times in the future.

I would highly recommend Pack & Send Ballarat to send your parcels overseas. They are so efficient and complete the paperwork for you and the cost is about half of their competitors. Tracking the parcel was easy as well. After ringing around, Australia Post doesn't send to all countries and others required you to be a current account holder and we're quite a lot more expensive.
