If you would like to wait 10minutes in an empty store while the owner takes her dog for a toilet trip, and gets the lovely lady from next door (trying to run her own business ) standing at the door explaining how sorry she is we have to wait, this is the store for you.
Not great customer service and blaming courier for drama it created. First visit and last visit for me!

Unhelpful and lazy. Also said it wasn’t her responsibility if the parcel didn’t get to its destination as she only sends it when I asked for more secure taping to be used in a package and in the label which was not attached properly.
I will go back to Belmont from now on where they are more enthusiastic and helpful.

The person who is claiming has lost $70 has given us wrong labels himself and came after 3 hours to change it when the parcels were gone already and the lady complaining need to know that post office personally don't deliver the parcels, you can go to Belmont or where-ever you feel like. We are loved in Redhead

Always helpful and reliable, we send hundreds of parcels a month and despite Aust Post corporate trying to get us to deal direct we will always lodge our ecommerce mail here... Simply because of the personalised and friendly local atmosphere.

Plus they open early and on Saturday 🙂

This 'post office' didn't even know how to print off and attach a customs form to my parcel. In the process of trying to work it out, she mixed my Italian and UK parcels up and they went to the opposite destination. Not only did I blow $70 but its been an absolute nightmare trying to get these packages to the right destinations. First and last time I use this post office.
