As a longtime customer of QPC, we can say that we have never had to worry about our printing needs ever. Whether it be quoting for a fleet refresh, supply of toners and cartridges or the very few times we have required support, QPC has always delivered an exceptional service to our company.
Being a remote medical service, our systems need to be constantly maintained and supplies on hand, so we are not waiting days or weeks for supply. QPC monitors our toner requirements, sending us new parts as required - without us even knowing! The knowledge of all staff is amazing, and I always get an answer to my issues with just one phone call.

Before joining QPC we used to have less than favourable service with old machines constantly breaking down. The switch to QPC was a straight forward one after meeting with Lisa, local service, great confidence has allowed us to make a change to a product that we have full confidence in. Prior to using QPC we had managed our printer solutions internally. Dealing with the was easy and seamless. The team made things really simple and easy to understand. Plus the added bonus of managing our printer supplies in the background makes life so much simpler knowing that toner or drums will always be there when you need them.

Great service, High-quality equipment of lasting value.

We received excellent service from the QPC team, Nick, Caitlyn and Joanne. They explained everything very well. No crazy promises were made to push their services to us. They focused on providing a good service and went out of their way to provide support.
We, as disability service providers, require in our day-to-day work, printing a lot of instructions and visuals for our participants with disabilities. Our previous service provider failed to deliver the service we expected, so we had continuous issues with the copier and frequent paper jams, no connection to our system, wasting our time and resources.
However, since we have been with QPC, we haven’t had any issues as the value we are receiving is great, and we can focus on each day's business.
Also, it’s really good to see that where the pandemic has changed the world and the majority of the businesses are struggling to survive, QPC’s community service toward Western Australia is still there, continuing with their Plant a tree program and working with a team of experts and our farmers to develop a tree planting carbon and biodiversity project. All the donations collected there will be used to purchase trees planted on our farmer’s farms as part of these projects.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.
