The best thing about Figure Tree, and Fiona is that there are other accountants and options out there!
Years after she made an error I find out I am tens of thousands in debt, not only this, I am FURTHER in debt because of an incorrect claim made by her.
This woman has made many errors over the years in consequence to me. Unfortunately I find out too late and pay the price.
Shows no empathy or a way forward from the whole she’s created for me.
She’s refunded me the measley $275 for the single service (out of 7) provided for me. Errors up to $3,000 and counting! So far nothing.
Do NOT consider this accountant unless you are looking for errors- and those you can do yourself for free!
