Had an amazing experience today, customer service here is second to none. I walked in with a script and a migraine and the team attended to me immediately, even offered me water so I could take something before leaving the store.
Kind and smiling people, old fashioned delightful service. If I lived in Newcastle I would use this pharmacy only.

The Team at Darby street Pharmacy are excellent. They are friendly, knowledgeable and have gone above and beyond on several occasions to help me source hard to find medications with short notice.

A special mention to Jason who dropped off medications at my house on a long weekend after going out of his way to find them. You really cant find care like this anymore. This team genuinely care about their customers!

I popped by the pharmacy while they were in the middle of refurbishing, and luckily, the owner let me in when I mentioned I felt a migraine coming on. He was really friendly, got me sorted with the right tablets and made the whole experience nice and welcoming. Great service, highly recommend!

I have been a regular customer here for the last 6 years & always enjoyed browsing the gift ware whilst waiting for my prescription.
There was always lovely things to look at as well as a discounted section.
The ladies who work there are wonderful, but for me, since the renovation, it has become a very "sterile" space & there is no longer any incentive for me to shop here so I'll get my prescriptions at Chemist Warehouse for $1 or $2 cheaper.

The new store renovations are fantastic so fresh and updated so much nicer then the old cluttered pharmacy it once. The staff are amazing so friendly and helpful. It’s so nice to find a local pharmacy that add that personal touch. Great job by the whole team !
