I recently contacted Langham lawyers about getting a business contract made. Irma was quick to respond and was more than willing to assist in getting this done for me.
She asked a few simple questions and drafted the whole contract off the back of that, with a few minor adjustments the contract complete. Not only did she do the contract, she also recommended making a schedule, that will in turn be much easier for me to use along with the contract.

I recently used Irma Remic for the purchase of my 2nd property. I am so glad that I decided to have an experienced solicitor on my side rather than a conveyancer as from personal experience conveyancers don't seem to know much about contracts or basic wording for that matter. Irma picked up on an unfair special condition which would have had the effect of making me liable for a greater percentage of deposit than what I had agreed to if the contract were rescinded or terminated.
