I contracted Mark on a Thursday afternoon (4pm or so) and I asked him if he could help me get a place of the market by the weekend as I through it was a great deal. Mark somehow managed to give me a full contract review (with great negotiations) and use his partners to organise a building, pest inspection by midday the next day. I was very, very impressed. Especially after having just sold a house and having had a terrible conveyancing experience with a company I shall not name.
