Well, what a morning at the ole Telstra shop in beloved Kemp town city.
Big ups and mad street cred to Dale for giving me the most legit customer service experience a gal could dream of. Scooped up my broken phone and saved my unsaveable precious data's. All with patience grace and a stellar sense of humour. Obviously a pillar of his community and a proper hero of my day. Was walking on Memphis rest of the afternoon with my new device and priceless memories saved. Somebody give this guy a bonus. Much love to Dale and the rest of the Lord's at the Kempsey store.
