I phone up as we were on holidays & needed to print from an email to send back to insurance company. The young guy that answered said that they didn’t do that unfortunately but the library can which is one block from the post office in lansborough street?

I think the only reason there is positive feedback on here is because the lady that works there is A OK. As far as that bloke goes, well he doesn't look like he wants to be there, arrogant, rude, impossible to work with. The guy gets a solid zero .. !

If I could give minus stars I would what a nasty man he is, if you dont like the job why the hell own a post office, very rude to most people that walk in, I'd use another post office if I could, for a holiday destination he could a least SMILE

The customer service here is disgusting. They couldn’t find my parcel, which was ok but no apology for taking so long. I had to unpack part of the parcel to send to my daughter so I left the box it came in at the bin and was told I couldn’t leave it then when I asked if they could please tape the parcel to my Daughter well I was met with sarcasm. A bad experience as a traveller staying for 2 weeks.

I don't even want to rate this Australia Post!
I purchased a birthday gift for someone on the proviso that it only took 3 days for delivery, which would have arrived in time to wrap and give to my friend. The place of purchase did do so. However, not at any stage did I receive any notification in my post box this parcel arrived. I contacted the shop. They said it was in fact delivered by startrack on the 4th to post office. Still no notification from post office. I went down today being the 18th June, asking the man at post office who tells me there was nothing for me, and he immediately started to blame startrack. Only to finally look where the parcels were and found it....this is not a busy place.
There it was. No apology. Date received was the 4th June. I commented that this has been sitting here in your possession, for 2 weeks and not even an apology. This guy not only needs to get a new personality, he needs to check his incoming parcels with notifications. It's a disgrace how he speaks to people. This is one of many ordinary experiences here. Maybe I'll need to go into Kempsey from now on.
