Merimbula Library - Tura Beach, New South Wales

Relatively new this library was done up very nicely, Spacious, open, and it feels good to be there. Pleasant color scheme in the interior. There are comfortable arm chairs for sitting and reading as well as tables and chairs for your own computer work or project. There are meeting rooms and nice amenities. The staff is as great as it has always been. Very helpful, resourceful, and intelligent.

I was disappointed when they put the library up in Tura Beach, living in Merimbula at the time it seemed out of the way. It's not a location you will walk to generally speaking even in Tura.

Still its a great place to relax on a hot day. The wifi is free and works well. Nice selection of magazines. Book suggestions are displayed around the room and stacks. They will take on board book suggestions for procuring books that may not be in circulation.
