I was originally referred to PCLawyers in 2016 for a simple Family Law matter. Was pleasant enough.

Since then i've (tried) to engage them for the purposes of a will without success, and most recently conveyancing related to a refinance, purchase and sale of some property.

The experience has been absolutely appalling. I'm not creative enough to think of anything more Frank and the team could have done to delay our settlement any more. 9 days overdue and counting!!! Even updates were too much to ask! Calling through to the office yielded nothing at all - call backs also too hard. After 9 days of delays and being told by Frank today that he 'had no contacts to reach out to at our bank or their legal representatives' and he 'had no reply to multiple emails he'd sent' we were able to get clarity from both the bank and their legal representatives on the phone and email in under an hour on our own. Don't expect anything proactive from them!

The absence of any attention to detail and lack of preparation is mind-boggling to me and as such we have engaged a different solicitor to tidy up the mess created by Frank & PCLawyers and to hopefully mitigate any further expenses incurred by us due to further delays.

Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere!

PS - If no stars was an option, that's what I would have chosen. Unfortunately I had no choice but to reward their mediocre performance with 1 star, which is entirely too generous.
