Mister Miguel demonstrated great negotiation skills over the hearing to get in a settlement with the tenants and although the case was complicated due to the mistakes in the N4 Form filed by the landlord to the LTB, Mister Miguel was able to set an agreement with the tenants to pay the owed money, the monthly rent money to the landlord and to move out.
In addition to his professional negotiation skills, Mister Miguel was available and very supportive through all the legal procedure.
