We used Tony to assist with the preparation of a new lease for an industrial property.
He was excellent. He liaised with all parties and kept us up to date with the progress of the preparation,execution and registration of the lease as well as payment of the bond on a regular basis.
He cc’d us in on all correspondence with the other party’s solicitor which was of great comfort to us as this solicitor did not seem to have a grasp of the complexities of dealing with a property owned in the name of a trust.
