Cesare is the best!! He has done both my personal and my business taxes. He has the knowledge and experience and is the best in the industry. The amount of different agents I've been through before I can finally be at ease with myself. Top service all round.

The professionalism is seriously lacking. So many of my personal details were entered incorrectly and when I rang up to fix them he blamed the ATO but it was his own error. It took him 2 weeks to fix those errors. Mind you when he knew it was me calling he never returned my calls. Would not recommend!

This company lacks professionalism. They don't keep you up to date with what is going on unless you continuously email them. It took 3 requests to receive a copy of my return and I was not informed about a $500 decrease in my refund which I discovered myself.. when I brought it up I received no apology or explanation I was simply told 'atleast this amount is correct' a week after I was told I would receive a much larger amount back. Would not recommend!
