Things started well with ABF until I decided not to work with them anymore. I’ve been asking for my file and trust account for nearly 2 weeks. I keep getting the runaround from Leith and made up excuses why I don’t have my file or funds back. They will not answer my calls or emails. This has held up my current matter as I don’t have any of my file. ABF legal has let me down

Cody and the team at ABF helped us through a very difficult period. Cody made himself available on the phone once the process had started and his advice and counsel was true and correct from start to finish. Cody values fair outcomes and fights for equal rights for all parents. Highly recommend.

Had a really good chat with Anthony yesterday. He was extremely helpful and gave me some excellent advice which has helped me save quite a lot of money. Anthony could've just taken on my work and charged me accordingly however he chose to guide me to be able to do it myself. Anthony was generous with his time and advice (all free as I have said) and even called me back in his own time to assist a bit further. I appreciate that time is money, so I am extremely grateful for the help and advice Anthony offered.

I had two experiences. Firstly when interviewing for a lawyer to represent me and the person I was referred to by ABF legal 12 months ago was useless.. Secondly, I asked who the new principal solicitor was that they announced and I ended up being banned from the abf page. It raises the question about what they are needing to hide so much that a basic question gets this sort of action. ABF is great! ABF legal is attrocious!

My friend is in a worse situation mentally and financially then the mess his ex put him in due to his our experience with ABF. We were really disappointed that after 5 months we were no closer to a resolution. We had to switch firms and within 2 business days, everything we asked for was done and we had a court date set!

Wouldn't recommend anyone else. These guys helped me through a really hard couple of years and ended up with a really good result. Cody and his team are really professional and very affordable keep up the good work guys

Wouldn’t recommend. ABF Legal's motto is “Families Need Fathers” yet you also represent mothers who purposely deny access to the father and who get away with child abduction, parental alienation and false allegations towards the father resulting in children growing up with no access or a meaningful relationship with their father. Very sad.

These guys are nothing special, just your normal run of the mill Lawyers trying to get into a niche market. Far better lawyers around. They will tell you anything to get your money and use lawyers that have just passed the bar. You are not getting anything special just like all Lawyers and the same price.
