They don't understand what documents are required. You can show them the list, and they will still argue.
However, they spoke politely, were friendly, and it was fairly efficient, besides having to point out their error. And parking and finding the office is a breeze, all those confused people need to get over themselves.

Came in on my day off to verify documents that can only be done at Access Canberra. Unhelpful staff completely quiet and did not realise need to book an appointment in advance. No one doing anything, complete waste of time money.

If you knew how to leave a review here on Google maps, there is no way that you couldn't find the entrance. No crowd, no wait, no drama. Absolutely efficient.

By appointment only and no walk-ins. Being the only Access Canberra location in the inner north, this is ludicrous. Increase the capability.

This rating is not for the staff, who most probably do a good job with what they've been given.

Appointments only, 4 staff sitting around doing nothing, told to come back in 2.5 hours or go to another access Canberra office.

Access Canberra is undoubtedly the most incompetent State or Territory administration in Australia.

I applied for a disability parking permit almost a month ago. By the time I get it i am not sure I will be disabled anymore.

Amazing. I seriously do NOT know what people are saying other than 5* for this facility. Book your appointment, turn up on time, I renewed my drivers licence in less than 3 minutes from the time I walked through the door, and that included having my photo taken twice. Exceptional from ACT Government here.

It is not their fault if you are clueless and unable to plan your visit/find the address.

I would say that their services are the best in Canberra. Maybe because you need to make an appointment so they are not really in a rush to kick you out. Instead, most of them have really attentive and friendly attitude; trying their best to help and solve the issues. I’ve been there for 5 times in the last few years. Each time I was treated with respect and courtesy. I got what I needed from them but other service centres were long waiting time and slack attitude.
