I work for a mortgage processing company and we received a call from Tiresa at Access Solicitors and she was rude and racist to our staff.
She was having some difficulty with a settlement and instead of working with our staff she instead went on a racist tirade whenever she spoke with someone who doesn't have an Australian accent. Every person she spoke with was based in Australia but that didn't matter to her, she was racist to both our Filipino and Indian staff (and consistently confused the two countries with eachother)
We told her on multiple occasions that we would only assist her if she stopped being racist and abusive but she couldn't help herself. Even when speaking with one of the upper managers who did have an Australian accent she continued to be racist towards the previous staff she spoke with and so we terminated contact with her.
If you want a solicitor who is incapable of putting her prejudices aside for 10 minutes to have a calm conversation to resolve an issue and instead continues on a racist tirade until communication is cut despite several warnings then go with Tiresa at Access Solicitors

We got recommended Tiressa from the real estate we went through. She was amazing & responsive at the start but as soon as we sent the money communication lacked. We had to follow up many times for emails & searches & left scratching our heads every time. We still never received answer from several of our questions & had to follow up with our buyers agent & broker to assist us. We also didnt receive assistance in many aspects including the search’s with a few searches not even being sent to us even after following up multiple times. Towards the end she had helped with one major aspect in securing settlement but apart from that it was a very left in the dark experience. Not a great feeling for first home buyers going through this process for the first time.
