Unfortunately, my experience hasn’t been great. I reached out with a simple yes or no question regarding something that had already been set up, and was surprised to receive a $66 invoice just for a short email response. That felt unreasonable, especially considering I had already paid for the original service.

I also had ongoing issues with my Xero accounts. I paid earlier in the year to have them fixed, but the problem kept returning. When I raised it again, it was finally resolved on the second attempt, but I was charged a second time for the fix. They gave me a 50% discount on that second charge, which tells me they likely knew the original job wasn’t done properly in the first place.

I expected clearer communication, better support, and more accountability. While the work may have been completed, the overall experience felt more transactional than genuinely supportive. Not the level of service I was hoping for.
