The first worst experience I have ever had in Australia with my tax returns was, strongly and professionally, Lair. It was laid off and dodgy. They will charge you double and leave behind your half-work done.

Especially for Pakistanis and Indians who do not get trapped, be aware of Shahid MAHMOOD as well.

​They also keep an eye on your income and ask you a lot of personal questions. For example, if you make a lot of money etc.

So unprofessional. I called them to make an appointment for thursday on the phone and never received a call back. I rescheduled for following monday and the same thing happened again and never received a call. Upon checking i was told that they had network issues on Thursday and thats why i never received a call. How about being a bit professional and letting your clients know. To be told that your in your peak time and thats why cannot stick to appointment time is unacceptable. Last year when i got my tax return done they same issue happened and i received my call 1.5 hours after my appointment time. Why do you even ask for an appointment tome then? Seriously need to start reconsidering your client engagements. your fees are $220 for a service so pathetic!
