I agree with the other comments, complete waste of time. Months of waiting for the complaint to be investigated after being accepted, the person I made the complaint about was given six months to respond, I was then given 3 weeks over Christmas to reply, I withdrew the complaint because of the pressure. I'm disabled and explained I needed a support person to help me which was hard over the Christmas period. To add to it I was public called out about my complaint and it was against me by another party.
