When is this court going to stop working for the criminals and start doing your job Magistrates continuing to give bail to people to just go out and continue their crime spree, magistrates and registrars making very poor decisions continuously, when will they be held accountable for doing so like the rest of us do in our jobs, this court system is a disgrace

The female staff member with short orange/red hair working today (Friday the 7th June) , was utterly rude and hopeless her name is Nina I believe. She provided me with incorrect information and I had to redo forms multiple times over as every time she had found something new wrong. Making it very inconvenient as going back multiple times is challenging as I live far away and work full-time making it frustrating as I am wasting my time and money. very disappointed I highly recommend avoiding this impolite and unwelcoming lady.

They will grant a FVO to anyone who applies for one. Even with zero evidence for their claims and doesn’t matter if this person has been arrested and put in a mental institution and this information is easily accessed by simply calling the police station they are still freely allowed to try and ruin other peoples lives and use FVOs to try and send someone innocent to prison by trying to lure them within their proximity. You guys have only helped someone with malicious intent!

Counter staff are utterly hopeless. I had to redo forms many times over because they’d find something new that was “wrong” every time. This would often contradict what I was told the previous time. They seem more interested in doing their nails than actually helping the public.

Very sorry to see the review getting worse now. The magistrate court offered a great help when I was in a devastated situation in 2020, when tribunal and other authority ignored everything. Hope it remains fair to make Australia a better place.

Be careful of the information they give you.........as it cost me like 1800 in crt because of the young lady with long blonde hair. They can be rude and they cant even tell you how to fill an application out, that the general public can have. Absolutely pathetic!
