I applied for a student visa with this agency, converting from a TR visa onshore when it was discouraged/risky to do so, when the new policies were just announced. However, everything was handled relatively quickly and smoothly, the GS statement was incredibly detailed, and the visa was lodged just before the July 1st deadline.
