Joshua is a great, down to earth lawyer, and explained the law as to make it comprehensible. He wasn’t toxic as some lawyers I’ve encountered are and wasn’t drawn into the other sides attempts at starting arguments. Additionally, as he was the only lawyer in contact with me, retained knowledge of previous conversations and correspondence so not to contradict himself. He isn’t motivated by keeping the case ongoing, so he isn’t looking to suck all the money out of the settlement as some other lawyers do. If you want your case settled as fast as possible, with minimal costs, then Joshua comes highly recommended.
