I have been with Affordable Accountants/Marina for a good 8 years now & this year I really had a very good reason to finally write my review.

My taxes and everything has been and is always fine & everything. But why I felt compelled to write this review is this: I was applying for finance and the lender wanted everything under the sun! They'd ask for so many letters, notices of assessments, tax returns etc. Then on the final day, just before 5pm, close of business they say everything is good to go, they just need an accountants letter & it would be approved. I called Marina and told her I need this letter in 5 minutes or I'd miss the deadline and told her I completely understand if she can't! What's worse, she was on holiday! Within 5 minutes, I had the letter & got the finance. What I truly appreciated was that I don't think any other accountant, even if they weren't on holiday, would be so quick. Marina understood what was at stake. She jumped on it! Thank you so much

Marina got me in a bigger problem than if lodging the tax by myself, worst 160 aud spent in my life.
Save yourself the problem and go to another tax agent.

Lack of service and knowledge.

Will have to pay a more serious tax agent to solve a problem that Marina made. Cheers
