Anybody going through a separation is not emotionally easy and that is why you need people around you that really care.
I was introduced to Bill Kordos about 6 years ago.. yes it took 6 years to reach a settlement. With false AVO (which we won) and been displaced from your own home, it was not easy however Bill understood and assured me that I could contact him at anytime 24/7 if I needed someone to talk to and he was true to his words taking my calls even in the weekends.

I had a very complicated asset portfolio and he assigned me Amber and Rhiannon and later James. The team was absolutely amazing.

Amber also went beyond her call of duty to check on me and was always available even for the smallest of things.

Even though they are no winners in the family court especially for the breadwinners however after a lengthy court battle and a 5 day trail, we were still able to salvage a reasonable result from the sinking ship.

Lawyers are never cheap and if one can resolve it among themselves then that is the best outcome however the family court system is completely broken and the amount of discretionary powers that judges have is a legal minefield. That is why one needs to have experts in their corner from day one and AFL Kordos comes with the highest recommendation. '

I highly recommend Andrew Sauer and cannot stress enough how important it is to find the right representative during this tough time.
My divorce court proceedings went on for over 3 years as both property and parenting matters were quite complex involving third parties etc, Andrew was assigned to my case for about 2.5yrs whilst with his previous firm. With Andrew's professionalism and guidance, we were able to settle outside of court, avoiding further legal costs.

I have been dealing with George and Bill for over 5 years now.
After being pulled back through more court cases due an unpleasant ex.

I can’t help but heap give massive praise on the entire team at AFL Kordos Lawyers. They probably have the hardest job in the world. In what was almost a 4 year process, my journey began with Bill Kordos and Georgia Mort and shortly after I was joined by George Kordos. From the very first meeting with Bill and Georgia I knew I had the right people to represent me and my children. To say I was a broken mess when I first walked into their office would be an understatement, I couldn't even breathe. After being falsifying accused of being a danger to my children I had no legal access to the 3 little people I lived for. Bill and Georgia listened with intent to get an understanding of who I was, what I had been through, where I was at that point in time and what the children and I needed. My case started that very day and it wasn't long until Bill helped me gain access to my children and I could once again breathe.

The Family Law System is broken and as such an absolute nightmare to navigate and survive without Kordos Lawyers. All men are not the same and we should not all be treated like the monsters that are out there, who claim to be fathers.

I’d like to say a very big thank-you to the firm and in particular to George and Georgia for all their expertise, professionalism, diligence, attention to detail, advice and EMPATHY shown and provided to me through my matter. It was an extremely difficult time for me and the children and these two people helped me and my family through the process and made it all the easier to come to terms with.
