AIC lawyers "Demi" worked on my case for almost a year against an insurer during review process that ultimately denied my claim and unfairly called it fraudulent but many evidence existed against insurer’s allegations.

Initially, aic was excellent at responding to emails and calls on time. However, once the insurers' review process concluded in an unfavourable outcome, aic lacked communication with me properly and more believed in the insurer's decision, when one email of mine took nearly a month to respond, aic given various excuses for the delay and took my complaint email and opinion on leaving a review online, as a threat, and proposed me to transfer my file to another law firm and receive a refund of the payment I made to the firm only not the counsel.
Despite my request for a battle report to be made by another expert and properly going through my evidence materials, aic refused to consult with my forensic witness, calling it improper. This is despite the fact that I had previously paid approximately $7k to AIC, and after complaining, AIC changed words and limited refund chose to reimburse me $1k only instead of $2.7K, which as well they called it as "good faith.”
They used a barrister which they called a quality one, but him as well did not respond at all receiving payments for the useless advises.
According to my extensive true experience and my legal rights as a citizen to speak out freely, I do not suggest aic at all as they will leave you at the sensitive situation. This is my true experience.
Nothing went forward with them, and their use was completely useless and wasted my entire time.
They might try to reply using any words to challenge this review.
I only shared my personal experience upon my legal right, but the decision to use this firm or not is yours.
