Disappointed with final charges for work done, as during the initial consultation and some of the subsequent conversations, Angela would speak at length about other client cases that had no relevance to our needs - but was billed for the time. I had cause to engage Angela Engel from Aitken Legal in 2013 and wished I had engaged her years before and I possibly would not have had the issue I did with a disgruntled emplolyee.
Angela was of huge assistance. Her wealth of knowledge of the various acts relating to employment law is invaluable and to an Employer is a minefield of legal obligations.

Angela grasped the tricky concept of the matter (or what I thought to be tricky she took as normal), explained my rights and obligations as an employer in easy to understand terms, and put my case forward to Tribunal. While it was a lengthy and some times stressful process Angela put the matter into perspective for me to which I then felt more confident. It was one worth fighting for and I am so grateful I had engaged Angela.
