Horrible customer service, the lady was getting upset because the fingerprint machine was not reading my fingerprints. Just pulling and pushing my fingers down. Throughout my years of getting my fingerprints done never have I experience such unprofessionalism. However she was extremely nice to all the Spanish speaking people but extremely rude to me. I hope the company do not continue to use them as a vendor.

Unprofessional service.... the woman was continuing her soap operas & personal calls on her phone getting frustrated I kept interruption to request service with paperwork. I would fire my employees on the spot if they dare to treat any customers like this joke of an office.

Was told to call ahead for time to ensure they had availability. Called the day before and was told to come in any time, and told I didn't need to make an appointment. Showed up at 1:30 to a locked office, with a sign on the door saying they wouldn't return until 9:30. (I'm assuming that means am.)
This is infuriating, especially since their door sign specifically says they are open 9-12 and 1-4 Monday-Thursday. I sincerely hope my employment isn't delayed because of this.

Not affordable, there are other services that cost way cheaper. They also don’t know what they are doing. If you want to get your background check correctly done, go to the police department or sheriffs department where they charge less and actually know what they are doing.

If you don't speak Spanish from the time they answer they hang up if you call back speaking Spanish it is the only way they will assist you. Terrible customer service.
