We are most grateful for Alex's expert advice and assistance. We had gotten ourselves into a terrible muddle, trying to address a complex Strata issue without proper legal support. Our concerns seemed so clearly self-evident, that we had not imagined it possible for the Tribunal to not see the logic and justice of our case. Nonetheless, we discovered that in absence of a proper understanding of the law, we had inadvertently undermined our own position, and were unable to formally proceed to a sensible outcome.

Although Alex was brought into the middle of this mess quite late, he was able to save us from particular difficulty, and we were happy with the best possible outcome from an otherwise irretrievable starting point. Alex went to great personal trouble in helping us, including receiving and reading documents after hours, and ensuring safe delivery of documents when needed.

Alex was in Mortdale and had a terrible Reputation

Obviously he was got a company to remove all the bad reviews he had.
He tried to make me pay $30k for legal fees. I proceeded with the courts and only had a pay $10k
