Awful. Do not use. Wrong Bank account on final documents so I can not access funds due and super paid into the incorrect fund. Spent lots of time spent chasing up the correct action without a response.

My parents had a will dispute (which was found out to be correct after finalising) and they had to settle beforehand. Not a desirable result, and the director went on 3 seperate 2 week plus holidays which caused an inconvenience. Wont be using again.

Breached “customer confidentiality“ by disclosing sensitive personal information to a third party, when confronted, no apology but denial!

When we said we don’t wish to proceed with the sale of our property, they refused to return our initial deposit!

Cannot believe how poorly our fathers estate was managed by this team of so called ‘professionals’. Our matters still are not finalised properly despite our dad passing in 2020..! Emails go unresponded, calls go unreturned and no transparency of information between their intentions and plans to what is transpired and ‘arranged’ between his beneficiaries. Happens on their terms and in their time, nothing is disclosed or discussed properly. Deplorable service. Has shown our family that they simply do not care and it’s all about money for them as opposed to the client and any ounce of care. I hope I never have to lose a dear family member anytime soon let alone deal with this organisation again!
