The team at ACA are great. I didn’t have an easy application to process, but Harold and the team were easy to deal with and although we had a few bumps along the way, (there isn’t a project that is perfect) we were able to work towards a sensible solution for both parties. These guys are awesome, they took on a lapsed building certification that required some retrospective work and they had the final certification done in no time. Tom in particular was brilliant he understood the stress this was causing and calmly walked me through what was required and how to achieve it. Highly recommended considering the competition who allowed the certification process to lapse and just walked away.
