Receptionist are terrible! If you can get past the terrible phone manner, rudeness, dismissive attitude and being kept on hold everytime you call then the doctors are brilliant. I’ve been coming here for 5 years as it’s local to me but it has deteriorated massively. Dr Vivien and Dr Rusika have been amazing for the years I’ve attended but the lack of communication between the reception staff is appalling. Even the doctors and nurses seem frustrated by them. Re training is paramount at this point or a whole new team who are motivated and understand customer service. You have do better.

Dr Ruzica is the most incredible, caring and nurturing Doctor I have ever been to. She is not dismissive and always listens to any questions or concerns i may have. She has gone above and beyond for my family and we will be forever thankful. On a side note, at times it can be a little worrying waiting for results from certain tests and scans, I understand that you can be busy at times but today I unfortunately spoke to a very rude receptionist who told be that I absolutely couldn't speak to the nurse until a certain time. The tone and manner was very unsettling especially when you are already feeling a little on edge. Aside from today, I have always had a really positive experience.

Dr Sami Spencer is fantastic! All staff I have dealt with have been polite, professional & helpful. Finally found a Dr & practice I am happy to call my family GP and use for the foreseeable future.

A team that clearly is used to dealing with an elderly generation who are just grateful or any type of attention. The lack of common sense combined with the rudeness from staff is frankly nauseating.

Registered here five years ago and the service has slowly dropped through the floor on every visit. (Check any of the latest reviews).

As is clear to see on here (by the lack of reply to reviews), by the state of the surgery and how staff treat clients they clearly just don't care.
