I was looking for an agent to submit my PR and landed with these professionals by coincident. Jenny is an absolute expert and she knows what she's doing. They have a solid portal that works better than most governments and organisations and the whole process was smooth. It only took us 2 meetings and maybe 3 reviews in two months, basically me gathering required documents, and honestly her experience shows. She submitted the application and long behold in two weeks I got my PR!!! I'm very happy I've reached out to her and her team! Definitely coming back for my citizenship application and other matters! Please exercise caution when utilising this agent's services. It appears that the owner prioritises touring Australia over delivering a professional experience. I had a firmly scheduled meeting, and the agent failed to attend. My recommendation is to engage with someone who demonstrates a genuine commitment to their clients.

If you are looking for an honest service without hidden costs, Wendy and her little team are right for you.They are highly professional, beyond knowledgeable, transparent, very personable, and always promptly assist with any questions! I highly recommend Allied Immigration Services. Wendy was my saving grace when I contacted her at the end of 2019 to do the second stage of our partner visa.
