What a nightmare dealing with Amart Tweed Heads. I was told this lounge was made in Australia! Now i have been advised NO it is made overseas and is not assembled. Three seater lounge arrived this morning. Legs were not bolted on and Dust cover under lounge was ripped. I have been advised I now have to wait 72 hrs to have another department deal with this issue.
Never again will I buy from Amart furniture. Their salespeople lie to get a sale! Now have been informed that I have to wait again to have this item repaired! Shame on you Amart. I should have gone to Harvey Norman!

Refusal to honour warranty, couch not even 6 years old, 10 year warranty parts of the couch have just fallen to peices.
No one will come assess the couch, no one responds to emails, calls even at the shop Tweed heads no help, reckon the claim should stand as been using the care products, just a blatant sales pitch no value.

Disgrace to Customer Service. I have never come across a manager being so rude and ignorant to a Customer. Left in haste and went to another Amart and got a 5 star experience and made $10k worth of purchases

What absolute losers.
Just got very excited about a purchase. Took all my details and at payment then told me it was sold yesterday, no more available. This was after I showed lots of pics to my daughter whom it was for and whom really needed a some good news.
No sold sign in sight.

Ordered some bedside lamps in March, waited over a month for them to be in stock and was told they were in stock and could collect.. drove to pick them up, alas they only had 1 in stock and it was from the floor stock and had mould all over the lamp shade. It’s now been 3 months and still no lamps. Every time I call to follow up, I am told will be another month. Wondering if I will ever get the lamps

I haven't been for a while and they had a 20%-50% sale on, so I bought my son a lounge for his 21st . It was $6000 down to $3300 ,what a bargain and they had so many awesome ones to choose from.it also had a 10 warranty 👍😊

Share my experience? Well it was absolutely appalling. They tried to hassle and push my 72 years old mother into a sale. They even asked her for money as a fake deposit for a unknown available item. The sale guy was very rude. And the old lady with grey hair should know better than to try and fool a customer. Especially 1 like myself. Always be careful how you conduct buisness.
