If this is your first time doing a tenant eviction then you need to be aware that the wording Legal Service companies used, can be misleading in that you need to be on top of when documents are suposed to be served and when you are suposed to respond to emails. The admins in the office are not the people who are at the hearing and so they do not know as much or if they have new staff changes the new people are not up to speed on the whole process and so if you are not on the ball you may find your case throughen out on a small technicality. ie. First time filling N12 for two tenats at the same time and you need to put yes to previous filling an N12 on the LTB form even though you never havenever given one. Got lucky the tenant just wanted the process over or it was going to be tossed out. Luckly Carry knew what she was doing and quickly pulled up case law where this was allowed as we were not trying to decive the LTB. So great work over all but know your filing dates and be on top of it. All Legal Service companies seam to want to waite to the very last day to serve the paperwork and if anything is wrong then you could be starting all over.
