Can't speak highly enough about this firm. I am dealing with Marissa on a financial separation matter, and you get to hear it straight , no telling you what you want hear, brutal .... but brilliant. Did invest with another firm earlier, however they stirred things up, it went from nearly at reaching agreement... to not even close . You don't need counselling, you need strategy and sound advice.

UPDATE!!

All done, signed, sealed and SETTLED. I spent 3 years representing myself after I finished up with another firm, I was bullied and continually made to jump through hoops from the opposing legal counsel. I engaged Marissa full time and it was finalised within 3 months. I wanted to continue and fight the matter all the way, however Marissa worked with me to see things more clearly and the benefits of settling now. This of course was not in the best interests financially for the firm but it was for me.

Marissa negotiated with compelling facts and made it undeniably clear that the other party did not have a case and would most certainly lose if they continued. The final agreement ended with the other party accepting significantly less than what I had offered 11 months prior in a court appointed conciliation hearing.

My only disappointment is that I didn't engage Marissa and her team earlier .
