Anderson Gray promise a free case assessment for unfair dismissal claims. I supplied Anderson Grey with a large number of highly personal documents at their request to facilitate a case assessment. Instead of receiving an assessment of the merits of my case, I received a brief email from Anderson Grey simply stating they would not assist me with my matter. No rationale or basis for this decision was provided whatsoever. When i requested one, I was repeatedly told only that they would not assist. I explained this was unsatisfactory and eventually the receptionist then said she would see if she could find out why they would not represent me and would get back to me. I never heard back. It is unacceptable and unprofessional to request highly personal information from a prospective client and then refuse to provide an opinion about their matter, at the very least. However, Anderson Grey took my information under the false pretence of giving me a case assessment and then simply declined to provide any explanation for their decision not to help me. Appalling attitude, lacking in basic professionalism, human courtesy and respect.Anderson Grey do not fulfil the client-focused promises they tout on their website: "We are here to help!" Quite the opposite.
