Called twice asking to speak to someone about wills and estate planning and almost 72 business hours since, no one has called me back. Given it’s a 24 business hours turnaround time - the time tardiness doesn’t provide faith in their abilities and thus will go with someone else.

Excellent Service
Stokes Legal were very professional in helping me out. I had my will carried out with minimum effort. Other matters were carried out in an excellent manner and I found them to be very helpful. All staff greeted me with a smile and made me feel very welcome through a stressing time. End result was achieved with excellence at minimal cost. Thanks to David and his professional team. I would highly recommend anyone to to visit them for any legal advice.

When I first met David Stokes he endeared himself by being friendly and understanding. I liked him immediately. David has helped my sister and myself through a very difficult legal situation in relation to our fathers will. Our youngest sister had attempted to take more than her fair share of of my fathers assets. David knows the law intimately and his advice and support brought a reality to our claims that allowed us to optimise our outcome in the face of the law that seemed to be blind to real justice. Do not trust these people. Met with them to get an understanding if they could help, well aware I wanted to move quickly. Then over 5 weeks later I finally receive the cost agreement. Given the unacceptable fees in the cost agreement and the demonstrated poor service displayed by this form I chose not to engaged them. I then received a bill for the initial consultation, a consultation which resulted in no advice, simply a fact finding mission by their lawyer to determine what this process would cost. I refuted the bill, in which they came back and bullied me into either paying or be taken to court. These people are lying cheating mongrels. DO not trust them.

I had 4 lawyers that tried to represent my family legal settlement and the only good customer service I got was from the receptionist she did care and had to apologised for the lawyer miscommunications . I had to call to find out who, what, why and how much, with only 3 to 4 days response. I will not recommend Stokes legal to any person
