We hired Ash expecting professional support, but our experience has been far from satisfactory. Communication has been a major issue—emails and calls often go unanswered for days or even weeks. When we finally managed to get in touch, we felt rushed and our concerns were not taken seriously. And we got the worst possible outcomes.
The handling of our case was subpar; critical deadlines were missed, and we were left feeling anxious and uninformed throughout the process. We had to repeatedly ask for updates, only to receive vague responses. It’s clear that our case was not a priority.
We regret choosing Ash and Andrew Byrnes Law Group and would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable legal representation.

It's interesting how much attention and detail went into replying to my review, especially when my emails regarding our case barely received a response. The excessive attention given to this reply only shows how much you care about reviews, this firm will defiantly not be receiving a word of mouth recommendations also. While I understand the challenges you mention, including the delays caused by external parties, I still feel that the communication on my case could have been much more proactive and timely. I appreciate the thoroughness in your reply, but it would have been even more beneficial if this level of attention was given during the actual case handling.
your response also indirectly points out that because of the nature of Legal Aid cases, the firm may have less ability to prioritise these matters compared to private clients. This could be interpreted as an admission that Legal Aid cases might not receive the same level of attention.
