I highly recommend Andrew Hill and Co especially Anthony Olds and his receptionist Carly. They are an amazing, professional, compassionate friendly firm. You are greeted with friendly staff at the door and they all treat you with respect! From my experiences they give reliable legal advice and representation in Family law, compensation and criminal. I always got my family orders promptly and ALL money that I deposited into the trust has been returned via a cheque as promised when not used since my case is now finalised. Can't say a bad word about them, I wouldn't go anywhere else with anything legal.

I put money in their trust and they cleaned me out. I withdrew from using their services and they took money for things I didn’t instruct them to do. They advertised that they give a 30 minute free consultation and when I received their itemised invoice they had charged me for that consultation as well.
The reason why I didn’t use their services was they emailed to me their other clients case information and private documents by mistake. Law firms surely have to have better attention to detail than that. They have a big security fence around their premises someone should lock ? the gates so no one suffers the same experience as what I endured. My advice would be run from these people and DO NOT put money in their trust account

I have used Andrew Hill and Co twice for varying reasons over the last year or two. Let me tell you there help, especially at a time when times are hard, can leave a little bit of a bad taste in ones mouth. My daughter is a 22 year old single mother of a 5 yr old and times are tough for her, also for me, even though I said I would pay the "Legal Aid Donation" for my daughter at the beginning of this long process. Things in the meantime changed for all involved and the amount they as for as a donation is not affordable at all. They ask for the "donation" to be made at the first opportunity, and then every opportunity afterwards, although when they then send an INVOICE it is then automatically considered a " Customer Contribution".
In this instance My 22 yr old daughter now has to find other avenues for receiving a simple letter, stating the outcome of the court case in which all charges were dropped, in order to be refunded her bond. Due to donation payment being unaffordable to anyone in the family, (the owner, I believe) Mr Peter Hill has decided to hold my daughter and me, what could be considered to ransom for the tune of $550ish for a simply requested letter. Which Mr Peter Hill, in his wisdom has instructed his staff not to issue the letter until the payment can be made in full. Which we cannot provide a timeline of, because income is very low from all fronts. I would never use this firm, nor would I expect to be referring them to anyone else. Some of the "well to do" people in society still believe it is OK to withhold a requested letter which could also be considered part of the Lawyer / Client process. One more win for the divide between the rich and the not so.

Worst experience, did not respond or follow up but still charged me everytime I contacted them, did not advocate for me apparently and lazy. Definitely wouldn't recommend them .. ever!

Absolutely disappointing business to let down there client. Waited 3 weeks to get a phone call back to let them know the court date and other details but still no response back. Not having a call back I get another lawyer come to court late and having to speed up all the details. And the representing was terrible I could of done the job better. Please do not waste your time and money.

I cannot recommend Andrew Hill & Co enough. In particular Kathryn. She has been truly amazing representing me with my Family Law matter and getting my matter finalised.
