I've called twice over the past few weeks and left my details and requested a call back / initial consult for a simple matter. No-one has returned my calls. I have called for the 3rd time today and told they're not taking on any new cases until later in the month, was put on hold multiple times whilst reception kept jumping from call to call, then I was told to ring back next week and then I was just hung up on. Great service. If you can't take on any more cases, that's fine, at least show some professionalism.
