There’s a receptionist that we spoke to Today that was extremely rude. When you’re speaking to a customer who is calling for help and your tone is demanding and disrespectful. You should rethink your work ethic! I’ll be putting in a formal complaint regarding that lady we spoke to today.
100% unprofessional, leaves everything last minute no communication whatsoever. Do you think we would put our lives in their hands? they expect people to pay big bucks for their 2min review of your case. I have zero confidence in this firm.

Excellent and very educated staff, i cannot put into words how much Ann herself has helped me, i can not recommend any other firm as highly as Ann's. Her kindness and empathetic personality has made the worst time in my life into something hopeful ill never forget the hard work that Ann has put into me and ill forever be grateful i can never repay you for the kindness and generosity you have given me and Ann if you read this i really do thank you for having the faith you had in me when no-one else did and allowing my case to have a voice.

I requested this firms help 3 months ago, they were not prepared for my case, and rushed and scrambled in the last week before my case. I barely had any defence at all and the lawyer knew nothing about my case on the day. Very unprofessional. I recommend go elsewhere or your freedom is in jeopardy.

Hello I want to Share my experience about this Law Firm, As I have seen the Best Lawyers & Friendly Staff in this Firm, Firstly I spoke with Conor Raftery where he clearly explained about the Process & Informed Ann Valos going to give me call where she clearly explained the outcome of my charge's & I was worried to book my flight ticket for my Daughter wedding but she Informed I can book & when my Hearing Date Lawyer Gabrielle Yozefouich where she was my Representative did all my paperwork online Including Possible Representation where the Guidelines given by Conor, So my case went very smoothly because of their good management skills & I was penalized minimum for my Drink Driving Offence which was my First Offence but she representated in good manner, So I suggest they are the Cheapest comparitively other firm & I thankful for all the staff members as they are friendly.

Called up Chris on a Sat arvo for a quick question regarding an urgent matter upcoming on Monday only to be yelled at for calling on a Saturday afternoon... as a previous paying client I didn't think a minute of someone's time was too much too ask for but guess you can't expect too much from this firm 🤷🏾‍♀️
