The reception staff was so helpful and friendly, I saw a very understanding and caring doctor and nurse. There was a bit of a long wait but the kind staff made it worth the wait, happy that this is my new local doctor.

The last 3 times I have called to make appointments the ladies on the phone have been so rude as if it’s an inconvenience that I’ve called! I try to give people the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe they were having a bad day but now I know they are just rude! Will be going to Wilton medical centre from now on.

So because I haven't been to see Dr Le since 2021 I'm not able to use this practice any more......I have an infection but they just don't care.....I would not recommend this practice to anyone.....I'm just so disgusted and disappointed 😔
