Very poor administration. They completely overlooked my instructions & my email, and sent the balance of my funds to the Public Trustee account, instead of my bank account. And then simply told me to go and claim it back from the Trustee Account yourself. They didn't even bother checking with a simple phone call before sending the funds away. Such a terrible mistake for a legal firm.

SCAMMERS & THIEVES!! Very disgusted by their behaviour and shocked by how unprofessional they are. Spent $295 for a 1 hour consultation for legal advice. Went through the criteria with the lady on the phone. The booking was made for my mother and the solicitor called 2 hours late, and told my mother less than 15 minutes in that she is not eligible for their assistance. This was a deceased estate issue & I had told the lady the amount we believed the estate was. The solicitor then told me mum they don't take cases where the estate was less than 100k so the phone call only went for 15 minutes. I PAID for 1 hour and she did not even get legal advise for 1 hour..

I have requested a refund and been told my mother has to speak to them even though they originally spoke to me and took money from a card in my name.

My mother contacted them and they requested bank details and since then they have not responded to any emails from me or my mother. This has been going on for weeks. These people are SCAMMERS!!
