BEWARE & DO NOT USE ARP SURVEYORS.

Attempted to charge twice for the same service and when called up on it said some nonsensical "I was seeking advice for copyright purposes" and then would not release the drawings / survey paid for. Legal proceedings commenced and complaint to regulatory body (BOSSI).

Do not use ARP Surveyors. Be extremely vigilant and careful.

Overpriced, unprofessional, unreliable and untrustworthy. Additionally, wanted to charge a second time for works undertaken and paid for. NCAT proceedings commenced and a complaint to Board of Surveying and Spatial Information of NSW.

I cannot recommend ARP Surveyors highly enough, in particular Rob Lyon. Rob and his colleagues are punctual, efficient, friendly and above all very good at their jobs. Rob has gone above and beyond to help us, not only with our DA but with tricky neighbours questioning every detail of our build. He’s supportive and very kind while being super professional.
